How I’ve Started Building DigitalIncome365 (Step-by-Step)

Week 1-3:

Step 1: Choose a business name (and give yourself time)

• I wanted a name that would allow me to:

  • sell my own digital courses

  • potentially sell other people’s courses

  • possibly offer licensed versions of courses in the future

• It took me about 3 weeks of thinking, but when DigitalIncome365 came to me, I knew it was the one.

Step 2: Buy the domain immediately

• As soon as the name clicked, I bought the domain straight away so I could claim it and build around it.

Step 3: Create the Instagram account

• I created the Instagram account early (around week 2) so I could start showing up and building momentum even before everything was “ready.”

Step 4: Decide what to do with YouTube (new channel vs rename)

• I already had 100+ subscribers, and YouTube takes time to build.

• Because I want this to be a faceless business, I debated starting fresh…

• But for now, I decided to rename my existing channel rather than lose the progress.

Step 5: Build a very basic website (don’t overbuild)

• I set up a simple Wix site with:

  • a homepage

  • a blog

• Nothing fancy — just something live and functional.

Step 6: Add a subscriber form

• I added an email subscribe form to the blog so I can start collecting emails early (even with small traffic).

Step 7: Publish the first blog post

• I wrote and published one basic blog to get the site “real” and start building content assets.

Step 8: Publish the second blog post

• Now I’m on blog #2 (week 3/4) — keeping the momentum going.

Step 9: Post your first Reel

• Last week I created and posted my first Reel on the Instagram account (again: action over perfection).

Step 10: Create a 6-month content plan

• Today I created a six-month digital content plan, so I’m not guessing week-to-week.

Step 11: Use AI to move faster (without losing your voice)

• I’m using AI in a really practical way:

  • I either write my blog posts or

  • I send a voice message into ChatGPT

  • Then I get ChatGPt to format it

  • I copy it over, review, read and edit it 2-4 times.

  • I am also using it for images for blog.

  • I'm using it also to help me create and review my plans and take input on gaps.

• I use it to format my ideas, turn them into a clean blog post, and help me stay on track with my message.

Just do 1 thing, then the next day do 1 thing! Before you know it you have gained some traction.

Create an instagram account is easy. Create a whatsapp group if you want to keep it even simpler without a website.

You just have to keep remembering - there are no rules. You have the power to create your ideas into reality.

It might work it might not work but if you do not start you will never know.
